Kilnacourt Woods Problems

    Hi, I am looking at buying a house in kilnacourt woods and wondering about the area. Iv heard of some problems around the area in the past are there any at the moment? Would love advice from anyone in the area/who knows of any issues. Thanks

    not a great estate of Portarlington to be honest. like anything there are good and bad areas and neighbours, but overall there are better developments. the a5reas around the apartments tend to be a little rougher and the areas closer to the river the better part of the estate. best advice might be to go down and spend a few evening hours checking out who your neighbours would be
