Getting confused as to what the charge would be to send 1500 euro (equivalent in RUB) by bank transfer to Russia. Can you help?

I'm thinking of going with moceri's recommendation, but does your reply mean it is not possible for us to send money to Russia, or we have to send EUR or whatever and they convert it?

Apologies, the service is not available for transfers to Russia 'online' however it can be accommodated in your Branch nearby that offers counter service.

I'm afraid the daily rate for this is not on our website, however, once you visit Branch they can give this to you.
