HKC Alarm Status

    I have a HKC SW 1070.

    It has programable relays and one of them is a latch function 0v unarmed & 12v armed ( I could make this into a no volt contact either).

    I want to use this to get the alarm status for HASS.

    Any ideas what device I could use to do it ?

    It easy to detect when the alarm arms but not so much when it disarms.
