Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Bathing in sea water

Hi. I went into the water one evening to bathe as I'm unable to swim. I was in there about 5 minutes and then turned around to go back onto the beach. But to my consternation everything was suddenly pitch black. I had to go down on my knees and feel around. I felt some jagged rocks and got back on the beach that way. Looking back on it I knew when I turned to go back I was heading in the right direction I didn't panic which was very important. Although I was worried at the time. I just stood still trying to figure how to get back in. A weird story but true nevertheless.
