    Hi there, I am having awful trouble trying to get through to you on the phone. I have recently made an application for my Pension. They require an up-to-date bank statement for a savings account that I hold. I do not use the account, the last transaction on it was in 2008, however they need me to provide a statement which I fully understand. I am not long out of hospital and cannot attend the bank in person. I don't have online banking. Can someone please tell me what I can do. Many thanks.
