Account still locked post ban

    Hi folks,

    My account seems to be still locked, long after my ban has expired, can you rectify this? I'm unable to post or even read forums for that matter

    Can you recall when you were banned?

    There appears to be an issue with sitebans in place at the time of the changeover, and I cannot see a power to allow me to lift yours. I need to discuss this with the Office

    Actually I think I've just worked out how to lift the ban - can you try again now
