    It seems like an ulcer caused by an injury. Does it hurt? I had the similar one that was caused by a popcorn shell. I believe in natural remedies more than anything else and found out a great remedy on iahas.com which uses honey, coconut oil, and mulethi powder. I made a paste and applied it to the ulcer and it was long gone now. You can try this one or can find something od that sort.
