Weather Radars

    Quick question. I'm away on holidays in Croatia at the moment and the spell of weather is a bit mixed. So I've been trying to work around the day by monitoring rainfall radars to see if it'll likely to rain soon.

    But Accu Weather radar doesn't always show the band of rain when its raining or in an instance just now the rain suddenly appears from nowhere on the radar.

    Is this normal?
