Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey,

I have 2015 xtrail with electronic rear boot. Now it caught a few times on the overhang porch on the timber and safety it would start to close automatically. Now it thinks it is always hitting something and keeps closing. Any mechanics know what I am looking at to fix it. It's been serviced and plugged in for faults but no faults appear. The auto stop start is a bit dodgy at time showing errors on and off and there is an issue with the windows closing on one side and the passenger door not opening from the inside. Just wondering how am I getting these faults if not showing up on diagnostic

For the boot door switch off the power rear door with the switch on the right of the steering wheel. Open the boot manually to the height you want. Press the button on the boot door for a few seconds. Turn back on the oower rear door switch. That should reset the heigh.

Passengers door and window are more than likely mechanical issues so wont show a fault on a computer diagnostic.

The door card will probably have to be removed to see what the issue is.

The stop start will show faults if the battery isnt fully charged. As far as i remember riding the clutch can cause issues too with warnings.
