Are you signed up to marketing emails?
DUNNES have recently ‘improved’ their ValueClub section on their website - you ‘register’ with your email or phone to gain a log in and then you enter your current valuclub number

Once set up you can easily check marketing preferences

Hadn't used the above voucher and got another 2 email vouchers €10 off a €40 spend a week apart, both with 16 day expiry date from email date.
Used 1st one but didn't get any €10 off a €50 spend on the bottom of the till receipt.

If you sign up with Dunnes app you get €10 off €30, vs. the €5 off €25 they give on the receipt if you spend €25.

All you need to register is a unique e-mail for the verification code, which is very easy to get via any temporary e-mail generator. Takes about 30 minutes to get the voucher, and now you have a 33% discount every time.

On the sign up page you click "Sign up with e-mail". For the ValueClub Card after you have your account I'm not sure if they check the phone number, but you can just put a different country and random number. As long as the format is correct it'll go through.
