Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Has anyone any experience of solicitor qualifying title ? We have some outstanding planning conditions re the common areas in an estate we are buying a house in. Nothing re : the house, but solicitor is qualifying the title. Has anyone experienced this? We’re you able to close / drawdown ? Am concerned lender my not permit…

The title on the house I bought was qualified. ICS refused the qualification and it took them almost 2 weeks to give an answer . I then went with AIB who approved, had their answer within 4 days (once the request was sent to the right department but that’s another story)
