Qualification of Title / Mortgage Drawdown

Has anyone any experience of solicitor qualifying title ? We have some outstanding planning conditions re the common areas in an estate we are buying a house in. Nothing re : the house, but solicitor is qualifying the title. Has anyone experienced this? We’re you able to close / drawdown ? Am concerned lender my not permit us to proceed given this

hi im having the same issue, just wondering your bank approved it and how long did it take ?

The title on the house I bought was qualified. ICS refused the qualification and it took them almost 2 weeks to give an answer . I then went with AIB who approved, had their answer within 4 days (once the request was sent to the right department but that’s another story)
