Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Quick query on third level pro rata contracts

I've been offered an 18 hour pro rata AL contract ... If I only get allocated for example 10 contact hours in semester 1, will I only get paid for those 10 hours or will I get paid full hours as its an 18 hour contract?

More than likely you'll get as near to the 18 hours as possible, hours tend to be evenly distributed. Doubt you'd end up with 10 hours if it's for a position that's advertised for.

Pay is usually flat right across and usually wouldn't deviate.

If you only work 16 hours this semester, then you may end up with more than 18 hours in the next to even it out.
