New Samsung A02S , Mobile Hotspot very weak. Any ideas?

    Friends,

    My other half picked bought a new Samsung A02s. Nice phone . However the Mobile hotspot on it is so weak. We are talking a dongle in the 00s down the back of a field in Kerry bad , like painfully slow , 90s dial up stuff.

    My Huwaei from 2016 has a way faster hotspot , near perfect and her old Samsung was just as good.

    I googled a few bits and read I should change a hotspot setting to 5ghz not even sure if that's relevant but I could not find an option for this anywhere.in the Hotspot settings , no advanced option there at all.

    Then I read that Samsung don't support 5ghz in Europe. Or maybe its nothing to do with 5ghz.

    Your thoughts and ideas severely appreciated
