Poland and EU digital covid cert?

Anyone travelled to Poland lately? I had a browse of the DFA website lately and the Polish Border Guards website.

It seems like we only need the Digital Covid Cert (I have this) to travel to Poland.

Are there any other Covid red tape pitfalls that I could be missing? Do we need a Covid test or passenger locator forms (is this needed coming back to Ireland)?

You need to complete the Polish passenger locator form before travelling there

Flew there 3 weeks back for 5 days. Zero issues on the way over or back. Just fill in passenger locator form & have your EU travel cert with you. I was asked for both by airport immigration staff there.
