The whole jeering "you're all eejits for expecting data protection when you don't pay" was a terrible point before s/he re-reged, and it remains a terrible point. S/he could have at least changed the message and posting style...

So still unsure on how to delete old PMs between businesses with sensitive data. I've still some from 4/5 years and I see no way to remove them, nor a 'leave' button to rid the entire conversation.

Is this issue the reason why 90% of my PMs have disappeared? I have random ones going back about 10 years. Looks like I have about 2 PMs per year, going back over a decade. I had almost 500 PMs between inbox and sent items before the changeover. I'm missing all them from this year but have some last year, etc. It seems like I've just for a random selection of PMs for the last decade. Very weird.
