    I bought items online from a Chinese company , through PayPal.

    I was supplied with a tracking number ( but not the name of the courier) The items were shown as arriving in Dublin but never made it here . The company claims I need to “ take it up with the post office” but it was to be delivered by the courier whose name I don’t have .

    The manufacturer isn’t willing to engage re a refund . What options do I have , please ?

    Editing the duplicate post resulted in both vanishing! Open a PayPal dispute right away and look for a refund.

    If it's a fake then customs may have destroyed it.


    Also it would help if you supplied dates. If it arrived in Dublin on Thursday, then it's probably in customs.

    Thanks all. It wasn't a fake and i had waited over 6 weeks to no avail. I messaged the company and mentioned I would be contacting Paypal and it magically arrived 3 days late.

    Yes, but they were insisting it had been delivered for about 4 weeks.
