    Hi I recently changed my computer and the statements will not download for me. can you advise on the recommended Chrome settings. Thanks

    Good afternoon,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.ie.

    When downloading statements, please ensure your popups are enabled on chrome settings. You will also need a pdf reader to download these statements. Once your popups are enabled you should have the facility to download them.

    Thanks Megan, changed the Chrome settings and it worked perfectly.
