Underfloor Heating Alternatives - Heated Skirting

    Hi Folks,

    Just wondering does anyone know of an equal alternative to Underfloor Heating that will get a houses BER Rating up the equivalent amount? (I cant do underfloor heating as im just after putting new floors down in the house)

    One alternative I have read up on is heating skirting, has anyone done this?
