Hi all

Want to get a CCTV camera on the front and back to record the boundary.

Is it possible to buy a camera with an ability to narrow or modify the field of vision so as only our side/boundary is recorded and not the neighbours side.

If you buy fixed you can have different type of lens on the cameras for different views.

If you use varifocal lens these are adjustable in terms of zooming in and out.

Different cameras suit different locations so with CCTV its not a one camera fits all.

Swan is a DIY system, cheap and cheerful. This IP camera itself needs a NVR for recording footage.

Id recommend HIK or Dahua over that system.

Will look into those - thank you. Want something very cheap as a deterrent. I don't actually want to record. But will certainly take your advice and look into those. Thanks again.
