Has anyone tried the David Grey rehab Lower body basics program? Have heard people on insta raving about it - but it's a bit pricey at €55 for part 1 on its own so some feedback would be helpful! Thanks

if you have some time on your hands, I'd check out Ben Patrick , he pretty much has all his stuff on line so you could cobble together your own program

You should be able to put together your own programme with a bit of research yourself. It's nothing mind blowing, or out of this world.

David clearly knows his stuff though and and has done a excellent job marketing himself. If you aren't bothered doing your own research then pay the €55.

Too much focus on unsupported notions around 'good movement' and breathing/rib stuff for my liking. It obviously works for many which is great, but there's a significant amount of people who will be made neurotic about their movement by such ideas.

Majority of successful physio programmes are doing the same basic stuff: getting you to back off temporarily and then build back up. Research shows that the exact methods used rarely matter. Paying money can be a good way to commit to the process though.

Thanks all - very helpful. Will check out Ben Patrick.

I guess the promise of 10 mins per day spoonfed to me, and a transformation in 4-6 weeks was appealing 😁 Might put in a bit of leg work (literally and figuratively!) myself first.
