Is there a way to disable it?

I've already tried the help forum, but no answer.

I am well aware that if I click an amazon link, it will take me to amazon. It can be annoying if I open like 10 amazon links in a new tab while browsing bargain alerts. I then have to go through each one and say "yes I know this is taking me to another website".
