Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is it usual for a solicitor to send a response to another solicitor’s letter without asking the client to proof/approve it first.

Also, if this letter contains information that’s incorrect and potentially detrimental to their own client’s case can the letter be retracted. And, if it wasn’t marked ‘without prejudice’ can it be clarified in a second letter that it should have been?
