I am considering moving to Ridgewood Swords, close to Oak avenue, is this a nice and safe area for a single woman to live?

Hi - living in Ridgewood the last 3.5 years, no issues, lots of young families with young kids/teenagers. There are some football pitches that attract the teenage crowds but I have never heard of any issues. Overall its safe in my opinion.
