Temping

i just started temping on a short term contract, I was planning to go away for a week end of august but at that stage I’ll only have built up 1/2 days holidays. Is it possible to take unpaid holidays does anyone know. I’ve never temped before

It depends on how much you are needed, usually short term contracts they wouldn't want you to be also taking unpaid leave. But it depends on your manager to be honest.
