Gilbert hates Waterford. I doubt he'll be overly enthused.

There has to be some kind of scam college that has mid year projects to see how good students are with coming up with new unique scams like this one.

    One for Joe:

Everyone in the waiting lounge shouts "Hey Zeus!"

Actually, acting as a conduit for a live-stream service, and doing it for payment isn't a scam.

It depends on purpose - if the purpose is to only get the CC numbers, then it's dodgy.

If it's only to make a few quid as a relay service, then fine.*

It's like those feckers who leech onto passport applications and act as middlemen. Not a scam, as such.

*There's the question of copyright, of course.

Joe I just wanted to warn people to ensure that only the funeral director and priests are the only ones that will take money from vulnerable people when their relative dies.

We don't want anybody else to make money out of it.

There will be lads in the pubs in Letterkenny this weekend looking for dodgy boxes that have the live funeral streams.

There is a subsection of society, a large percentage are Liveline listeners, who really have no business going on Facebook. I include some of my relatives in this. I'd say they have no business having a smart phone or going on the internet unsupervised as well.

The Americans would have ads on the funeral livestreams, the big slots would be for Life Insurance as the coffin enters the church.

I spend my time telling them not to enter any information online or else all their money will be sucked from de bank.

I have an idea. VR Funerals. Put on your headset and feel like you are actually there. For a small fee.
