It's a great achievement says Joe, praising Martin McMahon for getting kicked off a semi-feral horse in Mongolia and breaking some bones. Professional Jockeys fall off thoroughbred horses every day of the week and suffer far more serious injuries.

Joe still mixing up his facts about Mike O'Shea - very few Irish people have climbed K2. And yer man specifically said yesterday that the expedition he was on turned back.

An Unwell arrived in by ambliance and instead of getting de luxury of a trolley he was told to sit and wait with the majority of us ED attendees. He was raging and giving out stink that he didn’t get one of de trolleys.

”I arrived in an ambliance, Whoy am I pushed in here to sit with the rest?”

He was huffing and puffing, the purple red face on him, and blowing the house down. A couple of nice elderly ladies said nicely “yes we arrived by ambulance too”. He was having none of it. He tapped at reception window and demanded they call a taxi to take him home, he was told he would have to get his own taxi as per the numbers on display, he stormed out in a rage.

De entertainment of de unwell. The last thing you need when getting sore sitting on de hard plastic seats is an nomadic cousin to along with de extended family to arrive.

De system is designed to admit those on death's door quickly and to ensure those not too bad get fed up and go home.

I got assessed properly, no present heart attack, but a stern warning about my extremely high peaking BP, which goes from 180/110 to 75/50, GP being advised to refer to cardiac and to prescribe meds, Autonomic Disorder, and I’m to get a cardiology referral.

talk about dating “my doctor told me to skip queues”, I’ve ordered a small endurance mobility scooter.
