It's like something the Russians would be using in their media, they would have 10 actor types and use the variations of them to angle who they want to portray as a 'caller'. They could use a country sounding voice to agree with a rural topic.

A bit of joined-up thinking and the Customs could hand over enough confiscated fags to keep them happy, with no cost to the Dept.

I'm sure there's enough confiscated hooch to supply the 18th birthday parties, too.

I know you're being facetious, but if that ever did happen you know there would be lawsuits against the Government for supplying dodgy smokes.

Listening to this for 3 days now - No fostor carer has explained how they are spending more than €325/€350 PER CHILD per week.

Most of the therapies ( some of them nonsense lets face it) are free so where is the money going!

I know, I've smoked some of that Romanian ditchweed masquerading as Old Holborn. It was real tobacco, but rough as a badger's arse.

Nah, if you gave them genuine smokes they’d sue you for giving them bronchitis, copd, etc., you won’t win against these people.

Lets face it some are doing fostering just for the money - its all about the money.

From what Ive heard over the last few days the authorities are not on top of supervising Foster carers at all - so the bad get away with doing a bad job for the wrong reasons. We will here the scandals of whats happening now in years to come.

I thoughth the Citizen Advice crowd a few weeks back were an entitled bunch - but these moany foster-carers take the cake.

I'm sure they are not representative of the majority of people who provide this valuable social service
