Caller: "You told me not to m,ention the car"

Joe: "Well I didn't tell you that "

He then muttered something about that being their legal advice , so they did flippin' advise him not to say it !

I recall telling a Lock Hard in Dublin when refusing to pay for free parking , there's a German shepherd in the back if he touched me car.

He enquired can the Dog put out fires.

    I coughed up a Fiver 😉

I wasn’t able to get a picture of it so to speak as de carriage doors closed and the train took off and dat but I just saw a poster urging de peeples dat do use de Tube and dat (I do be in London at de moment) to be vigilant and report suspicious activity and dat. De poster is a drawing and shows a woman sitting on de tube looking out onto de platform and seeing a ne’er do well so to speak who of course is a white man. Don’t forget now only de white men do de bad tings. De policeman who is coming to interrogate de ne’er do well is wearing a turban.

You couldn’t make this stuff up. I’d love to see the reaction if de roles were reversed so to speak……de tube would be cancelled by 3pm.

if I see it again on my adventures I’ll be sure to take a photo and send it into Joe.

Fire extinguisher isn't worth a fook once the engine is up.

The real reason for the call!

The Foxes Covert was a great spot for stopping on the way to Sligo over the years. It had absolutely gone to the dogs before it closed, so we'd typically keep going and stop in Rathowen
