Whilst we don't comment on individual cases, we unfortunately have a backlog due to stupidity, Dim applicants and citizens who can't fill in application forms correctly.

When I was working in de lie-berries people with hyphenated names never could consistently transcribe the character string of their names, causing endless problems.
