Redmi note 10 pro caller ID not showing

Hi folks, Just bought a Redmi note 10 pro running on Android 11. Transferred all my apps and contacts from my old phone. Problem is when I reserve a call it shows up as a unknown number. Have tried everything on all the settings, watch loads of video's but still can't fix it. Any one have the same issue?

Just a follow up. It was the Vodafone settings.
Took them about 4 weeks to get the settings right.

I'm having this issue since I moved to Vodafone. I rang them yesterday and was told everything is fine their end. I carried out all the usual setting on my phone, permissions etc. Still no not. Can I ask what settings Vodafone changed?
