Anyone notice conspiracy theorists? They mainly all agree with each other 100%. Talk to one, you talk to them all.

Yep. They're usually racists/homophobes as well.

Yep. They're usually racists/homophobes as well.

They are often are. Why is that? Talked to one about Satanism and suggested it be close to ideal person such as Nietzsche explained. He comes back saying baby killer.

They're generally lower educated numbskulls who believe anything they read on facebook.
Even worse is their sneering condescendence towards non-believers. They're basically vegans in disguise but more dense.

Related to George Soros. I'm not so much old school.

I think most modern conspiracy sites are fronts for the far right.

Most people marry their 3rd cousin, You need a certain amount in common to have a successful marriage.

It stands to reason that if you're going to buy into one batch of poorly conceived silliness like chemtrails then you'd be open to others as well.

Could be a high percentage of vegans or anti medicine.

They don't tho, agree I mean.
It's a very odd situation where you can be chatting to a number of them and they will each directly contradict each others theories, thesis and "evidence".
Often in ways that are diametrically opposed, yet they will still unite in their claims that whatever of the events they are talking about.
Is totally and utterly a conspiracy.

It's amazing to watch, but exhausting to participate in, or counter and I really do believe it needs to be countered when seen or at least teased out for explanation and evidence.

Exactly. They don't reference their research. May throw in a video.

Would the Chinese lab leak be considered a conspiracy theory?

Where don't they agree? Maybe different reasons why the twin towers fell. Still relentless in their conversations.

I knew a guy years ago who used to drone on endlessly about a pedophile ring in Ireland involving dozens of priests, known by bishops, facilitated by the Catholic Church, ignored by police and politicians, and apparently journalists knew but didn’t report anything.

That’s the kind of looper we are talking about. Imagine believing that. Nutcase.

Sure, but it’s state sponsored, so that’s ok.

    What about Epstein?

What Chinese lab leak? Reply with reference, not Epoch Times or Newsmax.

They be relentless. You couldn't relax, even watching a movie.

That’s not what I said. There are two kinds of stupid people when it comes to conspiracy theories.

    People who believe everything.
    People who don’t believe anything.

    Conspiracies happen all the time.

When he throws in the perpetual power instrument in the conversation, I don't think so.

What now? Neither you nor Brian Boru can read, apparently. The conspiracy I was talking about in that post was true.

Yeh you do because you’ve engaged in a strawman. I mentioned an actual conspiracy and you said “therefore Q Anon”. QAnon is clearly nonsense. But conspiracies happen.

Which goes back to my statement about two sets of stupid people.

The one I posted earlier about the Irish elite pedophile ring.

    You’re helping my theory here.

Can you stop engaging in personal attacks and stawmen. Maybe even try and explain why my post seems to mean what you think? Where did I mention QAnon?

You didn't mention Qanon. You are using Qanon type sites.

With some conspiracy theorists I do feel somewhat sorry for them. The type that get sucked in by everything. Chemtrails, 5G and Soros. Of course the COVID-19 vaccines couldn't just have properties to keep the virus at bay. They needed to bump it up that Bill Gates was putting microchips to track us. All these theories typed into a gadget that tracks you anyway. I suppose your phone could be at home so good old Bill needs to know where you are at all times.

Lol ok. Mention people then that made statements? You who I initially referred to in the OP. Just love to be relentless.

I don't know if you are putting the anti-conspiracy theorists into a good light here, my boy?

Do you think that the Catholic Church didn't engage in Paedophilia and cover ups? What part do you not believe in that?

You've had quite a few times now to see what I was saying. I gave what is well known to be a fact in Ireland, as an example that some conspiracies happen. I assumed most people would get that.

And that's all I am saying, that sometimes conspiracies do happen, although most are stupid of course.

I reckon if you asked the people who were being silenced/told they were lying throughout, they would say yes

Did people in the police/clergy/newspapers conspire to keep the truth hidden?

    I'd say yes.

That wasn't never denied once people started talking.

Considering the scale of the abuse that went on, before it became socially unacceptable in 1994, it would be surprising for anyone not to believe that guy.

It just seemed to be something you didn’t talk about at the time so fair play to him for “speaking out” but I’m sure everyone believed him but chose to keep their heads down and pretend they didn’t know what he was talking about.

Conspiracies and collusion happen all the time. Unfortunately people use them to support untrue conspiracies.

If you go to any conspiracy theory forum, you'll find it's 99% bull**** personal theories. Our own homegrown forum here on boards aptly demonstrates this.
