Son and Kane have really fcuked me this season... didn't have them early on when they hauled regularly and have stubbornly stuck with them in recent weeks.

Unlucky in fairness Shaw was always a definite. Lingard on paper might have got something.

I went the opposite way started Phillips and benched Lingard. Thought Liverpool clean sheet was more likely given Lingard's form. Not saying I predicted Phillips goal though. Was always a chance he might not even have started!

Im in the same boat, have 3xWH and 2xSpurs. Really get the feeling this gameweek that the tide on that strategy has truly gone out. My own fault too for adding Antonio as a Nacho replacement, should have went back to Bamford

Yep...that's the sort of toxic mix I have as well with some extra DCL thrown in for good measure.

I think I remember that poster. Although my reasoning was he was 4.0m and a likely starting Liverpool defender - nothing as fancy as that insight.

Refreshing 'fpl live' like mad thing by some flipping miracle I am on 59 points despite captaining Kane. Digne, Phillips, Bamford doing the business. Might even break into the top 300k now mediocre respectability.

I think he is one of those where the trick in pick him and leave him alone. A lot like Bamford I suppose. Definite starter could score against any team on the day or get nothing.

oh man I nearly fell into that DCL trap as well. He had the fixtures, has a great supply line from Digne but has actually done sod all. I didnt see the Sheffield game but believe he missed a sitter from a few yards out as well

Antonio has an xGA of 0.61 per game which is why I brought him in over Bamford. He just doesnt have it now when I need him to

Yeah seems odd he is tied on 1 with Firmino at the moment. Assumed the goal line clearance would have given Phillips 2 at least?
