My elderly mother has diminishing eyesight and early cognitive issues. She is having trouble reading her post. Would there be any sort of (very) easy to use scan-to-voice device that could help with this? I thought of an app at first but reviews are poor and I'm not sure about her competeceny in lining up her phone camera…

My elderly mother has diminishing eyesight and early cognitive issues. She is having trouble reading her post. Would there be any sort of (very) easy to use scan-to-voice device that could help with this?

I thought of an app at first but reviews are poor and I'm not sure about her competeceny in lining up her phone camera to photograph the letter.

There would very little scope for her to "get used to" or "figure out" a device.
