Bath Chair for use with overhead shower

Bath Chair to use with over bath shower, does anyone know if there is really such a thing as a bath chair as the websites seem to be selling a one size fits all, eg shower/bath chair. The flat part of a bath is quite narrow, unlike a shower tray. thanks
