Airwalker display

Hi, I have an airwalker 2000 but cannot find the display. The attached picture shows the cable connector for the correct display. Any ideas where i'd get the correct display to fit the cable connector? Any other advice if I cannot get the display on how to find out my distance covered during airwalking?
