Towbar for Subaru - recommendations?

Hi guys, I want to get a towbar fitted to a 2012 Outback. Any ideas on types to use, prices etc? I'm not pushed about paying extra for a detachable one. Old school job is fine with me. Also, any recommendations for a fitter in Donegal or Roscommon would be appreciated too.
