Can anyone confirm the current rules for entering NI after transiting via Heathrow? I assume the rules are different for NI than England?

Foreign travel is still illegal in the UK including NI,its a national law untill at least may 17th unless you have an exemption and that includes Irish citizens
If you intend to fly into London and onwards to Belfast for example,you may be quarantined in london and its not cheap
You may also get a fine of nearly €5000 but I'm unsure how they can collect this if you eventually get to return to Irelanf
