Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Looking at changing. Currently have 5 series touring 2013 (huge mileage). No longer need the estate. No longer doing huge mileage. 25-30k budget, so circa 2018.

Like the understated refinement of the S90. The ride of the BMW and the dependency of the E200. The XF is a dark horse and it was suggested to me.

Circa 30k-40km km a year, mainly motorway.

Resale value not important as I'll rack up 200k km by the time I'm switching again.

I presume you mean the S90? Ive an V90 and couldn't recommend it enough especially for motorway driving - the only car in that class to come with adaptive cruise as standard and pilot assist which is really useful imo. Infotainment on XF is a bit old hat but a great handling car as is the 520d

I have an XF and it's a great motorway cruiser - I can easily get >50mpg on a motorway run.
If I was doing a lot of motorway mileage, adaptive cruise control would be the deciding factor for me though
