How much for standard sunroom extension?

    We are thinking of getting a sunroom extension built onto our 4 bed semi d.
    What would people think might be the approximate cost for a standard sunroom 16ft X 13 ft? One solid wall and two with windows/doors.

    I thought sun rooms were a dying breed.
    Too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter.

    You're confusing a sunroom with a conservatory

    Yes you're thinking of a conservatory, this will be room with solid wall, windows, roof with skylights.

    Why the word “sun room”?

    In that case, ball park €2k per square meter depending on location, access and spec.

    Sun rooms and conservatories don’t need to meet building regulations subject to the thermal layer of the main dwelling remaining intact so you can see why I asked the question.

    Maybe the op can clarify further as it sounds to me now that this is a typical extension.
