    Are BERs required in Transylvania?

Your house size will determine the cost. Hi f you live in a standard estate house it’ll be 200ish. If you live in a 4,000sq ft 3 storey house I’d imagine it’s gonna cost a lot more

I got 2 prices today from companies who said it depended on distance from them. One wanted 250 the other which is closer to me wants 300.

    The mind boggles.

Same here I used http://www.bercert.com/ and you get a few quotes. Got anywhere from 180 to 300
