Trying to update apps. App Store says it’s not available in my region. Check my region but when I try it says an Apple TV sub needs to be cancelled to change region.

I haven’t changed region but can’t figure out how to go back.

    Any thoughts

The app may have been originally downloaded in another region. If it's a free you could try downloading it again in the current region. If it's a paid app you are probably stuck. Does this happen with all apps?

It’s the Vodafone app. Never been an issue before

Might just be a bug in the server. Try it again in a few days.

A lad in Vodafone store and another from Customer care told me the app is gone , even though it works for one number and doesn’t for another
