Restoring a OnePlus backup from OneDrive

    Hi all,

It's a long time since I've had to flute around with flashing ROM's etc so looking for some help.

Currently have a OnePlus 7T Pro on the latest official Oxygen 10 firmware from OnePlus. Saw a post in the OnePlus 7 thread ref an "Oxygen Updater" app which others had successfully used to skip the Oxygen 11 OTA rollout queue so to speak and like the tool I am I couldn't just wait for the official OTA update so went ahead and updated to Oxygen 11 via the Oxygen Updater app.

All completed successfully (at least that's what the confirmation notification said) but since then the phone has been constantly re-booting. It powers on and 5-10 seconds later re-boots.

I managed to wipe cache but that didn't fix the situation so I quickly (in the 10 seconds available) started a full Factory Reset and that seems to have worked in so far as the phone is now (for the last 30 minutes) on and stable using Androd V11 / Oxygen OS 11.HDO1BA.

My problem now is I can't access my Google Drive (Edit: not OneDrive as I incorrectly stated in the thread title) backups.

I had the backup option ticked on the device from day one and I know it was on last night as I checked before commencing the manual update but as I set up the device just now the only restore option I'm being offered is from another Android device I use which is an old Lenovo Tab. A backup from the phone itself is not listed as an option.

I really don't want to have to manually download 150 apps, set up widgets etc etc.

Any suggestions as to how I might manually install the phone rather than tablet backup?
