    Hi,

    A thread for anyone also interested in the second phase of 3 bed properties in Priestown, Kilbride.

    We're FTBs and keen to know if the attics are convertible. EA doesn't have any information and no release date as of yet.

    We were hoping for a 4 bed but see that the revised planning permission - which was granted by Meath CC - is for the construction of 3 bed semis and a couple of 2 beds. Would love to hear from anyone who purchased in phase 1 and what their experience is so far! Seems like a lovely village.
