Waiting outside my doctor's surgery for my appointment - getting the results of my CT angiogram heart tests in July and the sleep study last week.

Wife is packing her bags, she is finally escaping for the first time in 18 months, she has her dive computer and go-pro packed so she is ready for anything, except the mandatory 8 days hotel quarantine on arrival.

I'm having a sober Friday night. This particular drought started last Saturday/Sunday, trying to be healthier. I had squid rings (from a supermarket) and salad for lunch earlier as part of my new health kick but won't be doing that again.

The squid rings were awful. You could spend the day chewing them. In fact, if you really desperately wanted to kill time you could chew one of them and try to find a specific thread on boards and between the two that would use up the full day on you, no hassle!

Ive been trying to post here since lunch time 😀 . See - Even the smilies are creepy!!!!!!!
