Power is on and off here. Frustrating. I downed tools at the tech desk earlier. No point. But that factual excuse probably won't fit the agenda of those that write the cheque.😁 Don't care. Having a beer now and chilling. Looking forward to a nice spicy beef dish, egg fried rice and chips soon enough Woo Hoo!

In other news, I bought a selfie stick for the girl's holiday. I've been a video camera op for donleys years, a real pro and yet this thing makes me feel like I need training.😯

I had to work today due to yesterdays ESB issues. Done now. It's Eurovision night! We'll only watch the voting. My vote is the UK, but it most likely will be a Ukranian win. Terrible song, but circumstances will prevail. I could be wrong though. For now a Saturday night beer and food. Back at the desk tomorrow!

Not, really, Grem. I mean, what would they be able to do except tell me to rest and maybe prescribe some painkillers? For now, keeping quiet is the best option for me.

An to be honest, whilst I’m more than a little miffed at the situation, it was a pretty bad fall and I did have to travel back home to Cork, which probably hasn’t done any wonders for recovery…

In my favourite hotel, went to their restaurant for the first time in 2 years, rather surprised that the staff still remembered me :):)

Smoked salmon for breakfast, yummy.

Homeward bound, managed to avoid a 2 week trip around Africa so hoping to have most of that time with the missus and mutt.
