My roasting tin is quite rusty at the bottom. I don't mind spending to get a really good one. Will this make a big difference? Usually make Chicken, Roast Beef roast with roast potatoes etc.

    Thanks

I’ve had good success with Pyrex (the glass stuff). I’d prefer metal but I felt I’d need to be in the Le Creuset or Staub price range to get what I wanted.

I have some pyrex though not big enough for this use. I don't know much about Staub. Le Creuset can be amazing.

I picked up a large Pyrex roasting dish for <€20 and it fit our turkey at Christmas (16lb).

Try a coqaupan for chicken, cut cooking time by about 40 minutes

Got fed up with the ould stuff we had and was given the tip to invest in the following, use them in the kitchen and on the gas BBQ without a problem:
    (www).ikea.com/ie/en/p/koncis-roasting-tin-with-grill-rack-stainless-steel-10099053/

Not expensive so if you can get a year or so out of them they owe you nothing. Alternatively, online enamel roasting sheets from Amazon.
