POM to come on....as replacement for Stockdale and score the winning try!

That's a lot of strapping on Stockdale's knee.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,790 ✭✭✭✭Burkie1203

    That's just dull

Sorry but what on earth was that set play? One pass to Aki who arks his run and is immediately put into touch. Rubbish.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 37,978 ✭✭✭✭irishbucsfan

FFS that was brutal from Aki

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,199 ✭✭✭✭Sangre

Can we please stop running into touch...

    Scrappy start from both teams

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,970 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Nice of our players to give Itoje an hour to poach the ball.

Free Kick and the players just stand around and look at each other

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 24,875 ✭✭✭✭Larbre34

Jesus we have to be alive to that stuff. Profligate.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,118 ✭✭✭UAEguy2020

Great, we’ve turned up to the England match without our brain...AGAIN...not looking forward to this one.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,167 ✭✭✭✭AbusesToilets

About 3 Eng penalties there in one quick sequence not called

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,075 ✭✭✭TomsOnTheRoof

There was no way they were back 10 from the free kick surely

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,927 ✭✭✭✭mfceiling

Headless stuff on at least 3 or 4 occasions.

  • Site Banned Posts: 12,341 ✭✭✭✭Faugheen

    This is painful so far

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 32,136 ✭✭✭✭is_that_so

All a bit frantic and a touch like headless chickens.

I think that doesn't matter once Murray passes.

Did Farrell not grab Henshaw by the face there?

This will be a tough battle against England. They will be looking for a fired up performance after losing to Scotland & France on their home ground this year. So this contest will be a big one for both teams. I would say that something is being fired up inside England team that actually wants to make them win this game against our own lads in green. But I don't know what that is. Maybe a late bit of luck from the back of paddy's day on Wednesday, in terms of our performance, will maybe give our lads a rub of the green this time out on Super Saturday. But we will have to wait & see what will happen before then.

    Ireland by 10.

I meant from the tap. Maybe they were but they were up very quick.

    Stockdale is a liability.

    Early signs are ominous.

Reynal only has eyes on one team here so far

Poor from Stockdale, needed to get that ball up the pitch.

Dour stuff already and going to be a long day. Look to be in for a hammering here

Not his fault there. Keenan flew in off his feet.

Tbh I’m done already, we can all see how this will go based on the last 4 matches and it’s clear nothing has changed. Hopefully at some point we find our brain before the next fixture because until that happens we will just get this on repeat.

Didn't think Keenan did anything wrong there for that pen??

    We've conceded four penalties already.

England has been quicker to every breakdown and our backplay is once again non-existent.

    This Will be ugly.

    Off his feet/sealing

I think his point is that Keenan didn't go off his feet, not that he wasn't the one pinged for it.

Himself and Keenan need to both be better. That was a ridiculous amount of space for Ford to aim at. Very sloppy backfield coverage.

He has definitely put on the pounds, I thought it was Stander first time he ran over the sideline

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,157 ✭✭✭leakyboots

Keenan and Conan at fault there for flopping in the ruck, not Stockdale

Keenan was tripped by English 14 getting off the ground and knocking into him as he went to compete.

Henshaw has started this game brilliantly.

Only Ireland player that's fully switched on.

    Henshaw been brilliant

England are pounding us with 70% possession. Our boys need to do much better than that.

    Great work there Henshaw.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,294 ✭✭✭A-Train

Great work by Henshaw to be that maul turnover

We haven't really had the ball yet in fairness.

Two or three of the penalty calls against us have been tight calls as well

England complete domination so far, ireland looking toothless and unimpressive
