UPS order from Belsimpel

I phoned the Dublin number on website. Spoke to a nice American who told me I'd get a call regarding order. 10 minutes later got a call from a nice Dublin chap who told me he'd find out more about where the order is and he'll phone me back. Progress!! Will keep you posted!
