    Live in Cork with low enough cases. Because of this, place I work decided it's ok to have people mixing between premises and mixing shifts.

    We're still in level 5. Official guidance is still limit mixing. But because Cork is seemingly doing ok, the place sees little risk, regardless of the official guidance of limiting mixing.

    HSA have published protocols which must be followed if employees are to return to work. If your industry is designated essential and your employer adheres to safety protocols, then they are allowed to resume work.
