Hi. I've moved abroad to another EU country and after a lot of bother managed to change my address with EBS (you can't do it online). I've got a new phone for my Irish number and need a new authentication code for the app for online access. The problem is the post is unreliable where I live and I usually only get registered post. They will only send the code to my new EU address by regular post but I'm waiting weeks and it looks like it won't get here on time before the code runs out (on Tuesday). I could then be locked out of my account.
Has anybody had a similar problem and found a solution?
